SuiteStockIQ helps you generate historical inventory aging for year-end reporting and audit support. We configure the data extraction, calculate the aging in Excel, validate the results, and train your team to run the report independently.

Complete a short enquiry form and tell us about your NetSuite environment, inventory profile, and reporting requirements. We’ll review the information to determine whether SuiteStockIQ is suitable.
02 — CONFIRM THE SCOPE
Confirm the scope and price.
We’ll assess your requirements and confirm the implementation approach, deliverables, and price before work begins.
The US$2,000 early-access price applies to qualifying standard implementations. Complex requirements may require a separate quote.
03 — CONFIGURE THE DATA EXTRACTION
Connect your NetSuite data.
We’ll establish the required NetSuite Saved Searches and data extraction process for your inventory aging report.
OPTION A — GUIDED IMPLEMENTATION
Guided implementation
With appropriately authorised, restricted access, SuiteStockIQ configures the required data extraction for your NetSuite environment.
OPTION B — CUSTOMER-MANAGED SETUP
Customer-managed setup
Your NetSuite administrator follows our instructions to configure the Saved Searches and reports, then securely provides the required data exports.
The appropriate approach will be agreed before implementation.
04 — GENERATE AND VALIDATE THE REPORT
Calculate and review your inventory aging.
We process the extracted data using our Excel-based inventory aging model to calculate inventory aging as of the agreed historical reporting date.
We’ll review the output, check relevant quantities and values, and investigate identified discrepancies within the agreed scope.
Historical negative inventory, costing behaviour, inventory transfers, and other configuration-specific scenarios may affect the analysis.
05 — DELIVER AND TRAIN
Receive your report and train your team.
You’ll receive the completed inventory aging report, Excel-based model, implementation documentation, and training materials.
We’ll walk your team through the process so they can generate future reports independently, subject to the agreed scope and data requirements.
